Roundtrip Train Fare

$22.50 for adults
$16.50 for children (3 to 15 yrs. of age) one child under 3 free when sitting on an adult's lap. No strollers or car seats permitted.

Roundtrip Train Fare with Mine Tour

$29.50 for adults
$22.00 for children (3 to 15 yrs. of age) The mine tour is not recommended for children under five.

PLEASE PICK UP RESERVED TICKETS AT YOUR DESIGNATED STATION AT LEAST 30 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE.

  • The train ride is approximately one hour and fifteen minutes. With the optional mine tour, it is two and one half hours.
  • Restrooms are located at each depot and at the mine, but not on board the train.
  • The train is ADA accessible, the mine tour is not.
  • RV parking is only available at the Silver Plume Depot.

  • These trains only operate with enclosed coaches and are not ADA accessible.

Lebanon Silver Mine Tours

May 23 – September 4 & on weekends in September

The optional mine tour is offered daily from May 23 – September 4 & on weekends in September. The mine tour adds another 1 hour and 15 minutes to your train trip. The price of the train trip with a mine tour is $29.50 for adults and $22.00 for children (ages 3 to 15). The mine tour is not recommended for young children who cannot walk the entire distance on their own, anyone who is mobility impaired in any way, or those who might have a problem at 9,000 feet in elevation. Strollers and wheelchairs are not permitted. Mine tours are not available on the last train departure of the day.

The Georgetown Loop Mining & Railroad Park is conveniently located 45 miles west of Denver, just off Interstate 70.

Reservations

Reservations are recommended! Purchase Tickets Online Now or call 1-888-456-6777. Payment in full is required at time of booking. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover.

Purchasing Tickets Onsite

Tickets may be purchased starting at 9:30 AM at the Devil’s Gate Station in Georgetown and starting at 9:00 AM at the Silver Plume Depot. Trains depart from both locations, check schedule for departure times.

Terms and Conditions

While every effort is made to adhere to the published schedule, the Georgetown Loop Railroad reserves the right to delay or cancel trains for any reason and will not be held liable. Locomotives and passenger cars are subject to change without notice.

Reservations are for a specific date and departure. Please allow sufficient driving time. Like any ticketed event, all sales are final and no refunds are offered. Colorado weather is unpredictable and the railroad operates open cars, rain or shine. Be prepared, as no refunds or rainchecks are offered for inclement weather.

Bus and tour groups are welcome. Group Rates are available for 20 or more persons. Charter Trains are also available. Pets are not permitted on board the train. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas at the depots, not on the train.

Special Needs

The train is ADA accessible; the mine tour is not. Please notify our staff when making your reservation if ADA requirements are needed.
